Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure successfull implementation of solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
• Perform data analysis to uncover insights that drive business decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and obtain stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Provide training and support to end-users during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
