Job Description:

We seek a skilled Data Structure Specialist to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our organization, you will be crucial in designing, implementing, and optimizing data structures to support our data-driven initiatives and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data structures to manage large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate data requirements into effective data structures.
• Evaluate existing data structures and recommend improvements for performance and efficiency.
• Implement algorithms and data organization techniques to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data structures, including diagrams, guidelines, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data structure performance and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in designing and implementing data structures for complex data sets.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data organization, and data management principles.
• Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modelling.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in optimizing data structures for performance and scalability.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
