Job Responsibilities:

• PeopleSoft Implementation and Support: Implement and support PeopleSoft applications, including modules such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Technical and Functional Expertise: Provide both technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft modules, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing system functionalities.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Gather business requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements and perform customizations as needed.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure smooth deployment of changes and updates.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• User Support and Training: Provide user support, troubleshooting, and conduct training sessions for end-users as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with PeopleSoft updates and enhancements, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.

Required Skills:

• PeopleSoft Modules: Strong experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
• Technical Skills: PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker), SQL, SQR, BI Publisher.
• Functional Skills: Configuration, customization, and support of PeopleSoft applications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in PeopleSoft environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, gather requirements, and conduct training sessions.
• Project Management: Experience in managing PeopleSoft projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
