Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for IT positions across various industries.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure job requirements are clearly communicated.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT staffing or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- Must have a dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones if required.
