Job Details:
- Location: Remote for every 8 months / Year 4 months onsite
- Experience: 3-5 years in IT recruitment with expertise in contract implementation and direct/full-time positions
- Familiarity: Proficiency in ATS portals for efficient candidate management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in contract and full-time placements
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
- Ability to navigate and utilize VMS portals effectively to manage candidate pipelines and fulfill client requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates for contract and full-time positions across various technical domains
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Implement recruitment processes compliant with company policies and industry regulations
- Utilize VMS portals to track candidate progress, manage submissions, and ensure timely placements
- Negotiate terms of employment and manage offer processes with candidates and clients

- Timely fulfillment of IT staffing requirements
- Candidate quality and fit for client specifications
- Client and candidate satisfaction ratings
