- Experience utilizing VMS portals to manage candidate pipelines, submissions, and compliance requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and qualify technical candidates for contract and full-time positions, ensuring alignment with client specifications
- Partner with technical teams and hiring managers to define job requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and suitability
- Manage candidate lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain compliance with client contracts and industry regulations through effective use of VMS portals
