Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirement gathering and participate in Process/User Journey design thinking workshops.
• Forecast and propose the Future Roadmap and Functional scalability for requirements.
• Manage the functional product backlog and support the maintenance of functional designs.
• Create, manage, and prioritize user stories; validate development and test scenarios.
• Organize Show and Tell sessions for business stakeholders.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to development and testing teams.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a banking or financial services domain.
• Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate functional requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
