Job Details:
- Location: Remote for Local, Hybrid for Intra-Locals, Onsite for Outstation
- Experience: 3-5 years in talent acquisition with a focus on strategic recruitment, contract implementation, and direct/full-time roles
- Familiarity: Proficiency in VMS portals for candidate management and strategic planning
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including strategic planning and execution within the IT industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends
- Experience utilizing VMS portals or similar systems to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
- Identify talent needs and market trends to proactively build talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize strategies, and enhance candidate experience
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality candidate selection and engagement
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through effective use of VMS portals and adherence to company policies
