Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including strategic planning and execution within the IT industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and trends
  • Experience utilizing VMS portals or similar systems to optimize recruitment processes and ensure compliance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify talent needs and market trends to proactively build talent pipelines for current and future staffing requirements
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure recruitment effectiveness, optimize strategies, and enhance candidate experience
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality candidate selection and engagement
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through effective use of VMS portals and adherence to company policies
