Recruitment Coordinator US IT Staffing
Job Details:
- Location: Remote for Local, Hybrid for Intra-Locals, Onsite for Outstation
- Experience: 3-5 years supporting recruitment processes with proficiency in contract implementation and direct/full-time roles
- Familiarity: Exposure to VMS portals for candidate management and coordination
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in recruitment coordination or HR administration, preferably within IT staffing
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with VMS portals or similar tools for scheduling, candidate tracking, and reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and facilitating hiring processes
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of recruitment activities, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members to streamline processes and enhance recruitment efficiency
- Utilize VMS portals to track candidate progress, update records, and generate reports as needed
