We are looking for a Sales Associate that will be the
liaison between our company and its
current and potential customers. If you have the desired

Responsibilities -
❖ Manage large amounts of
inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
❖ Identify customers’ needs,
clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions
and/or alternatives
❖ Process order information;
schedule appointments
❖ Seize opportunities to upsell
products when they arise
❖ Keep records of all
conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
❖ Providing customers with the
organization’s service and product information.
❖ Processing orders, and queries
requested by the customers.
❖ Following up on complicated
customer calls where required.
❖ Completing call notes and call
reports as necessary and updating them in a timely manner
❖ Recording details of comments,
inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in CRM
❖ Managing administration,
communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
❖ Generate customer interest in
the services or products offered by the company.
❖ Coordinate with the dispatch
team to send products or provide services on time to
customers.
❖ Other duties as assigned.
