About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a developer with solid back-end experience in Node.js and a strong front-end background in Ext.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in migrating our existing .NET applications to the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain back-end APIs using Node.js.
  • Work on the front-end using Ext.js and React.js to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Assist in the migration of existing .NET applications to the MERN stack.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Node.js for back-end development.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Ext.js and React.js for front-end development.
  • Experience in migrating applications from .NET to the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX, 4 days a week.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Previous experience in a similar migration project is highly desirable.
